We translate your vision into plans. Floor plans, elevations, material selections, and specifications come together with input from you at every milestone. Permits, code review, and local requirements are handled before a shovel hits the ground.
Before we break ground, we lock in the schedule, subcontractors, and material orders. Long-lead items are sourced early. You'll have a clear project calendar with milestones so you know exactly what's coming.
This is where it gets real. We're on site daily, managing trades, quality, and safety. You get regular updates with photos and progress notes. Any decisions or changes are reviewed with you before they affect the schedule or budget.
At each phase, we score the work against our internal quality standards — materials, sequence, and site conduct. We don't move to the next phase until the current one passes. Health and safety failures stop work, full stop.
We walk through the finished home with you, point by point. Anything that needs touch-up goes on a punch list and gets handled fast. Then we hand over the keys, the warranties, and the documentation — and stay reachable if anything comes up later.
